E-commerce in Florence for brands selling beyond Italy
Online stores for brands, craft producers and quality manufacturing: multiple languages and currencies, international shipping, payment methods that work where your buyers are. Built by people who can also bring the traffic.

The point
Opening a store is easy.
Making it sell is not.
With today's tools a store goes online in a few weeks. The trouble starts afterwards: visits arrive but orders do not, carts fill and get abandoned, and nobody can say at which point people leave.
The cause is almost never visual. It is a shipping cost that appears only at the end and matches the price of the product, a payment method missing in exactly the country the traffic comes from, a product page that does not answer the question people ask themselves before buying.
These things show up in data, not in opinions. Which is why we set up tracking before launch, not six months later when someone needs to explain the numbers.
What matters here
Selling to people
who do not know you yet.
What weighs when the buyer is a person, possibly in another country.
Languages and currencies
Product pages genuinely translated, prices in the currency of whoever is looking, taxes and duties clear before checkout. Each language indexable on its own, so the store can be found abroad.
Shipping stated early
Costs shown up front rather than at the end, couriers connected, tracking sent automatically. It abandons more carts than any design problem.
Pages that answer objections
Materials, sizing, delivery times, returns, reviews. Someone buying at a distance is looking for reasons to trust you: if the page does not give them, they look elsewhere and do not come back.
Ready for campaigns
Product feeds for Google Shopping and Meta, server-side event tracking, audiences ready for remarketing. → We can run the campaigns too
How we build it
A store that stays yours,
even if we part ways.
The choices that decide how free you will be in two years.
WooCommerce, without fifty plugins
A solid, widely supported base, with the non-standard parts built to measure. Fewer extensions means fewer updates breaking each other and a store that opens sooner.
Speed as a requirement
On a store, slowness is paid in lost orders, especially on phones. Optimised images, caching and performance checks before going live.
Clean data from day one
Full e-commerce tracking, server-side where it matters, with consent handled. It exists to show what actually sells, not just what you took in.
Support and growth
Work continues after launch: fixes, new features, and a maintenance agreement that stays a service rather than a lock-in.
Real work
A store connected
to what supplies it.

FAQ
Before you ask.
A standard store with few products and simple shipping costs a fraction of a multilingual one with integrations. We define the scope before quoting: it is the only way the number means anything.
Shopify removes technical worries and charges a fee that grows with revenue; WooCommerce costs more upfront but stays yours with no commission on sales. If your case is simple and you want to start tomorrow, we will say so even when it means not taking the job.
Usually yes, because on a marketplace the customer belongs to the marketplace: you have no contact details and you do not set the rules. Your own store builds a direct relationship, and the two channels can share the same stock.
Photography is usually handled by you or a photographer you trust; copy we can write. They are the parts that sell, so they belong in the plan from the start rather than being discovered missing in launch week.
As orders grow, yes: a spreadsheet stops being enough. We can connect what you have or build one. → Custom business software in Florence
