AI for companies: agents and automations that actually do the work
No demos that impress and then sit in a drawer. We build AI agents and automations wired into your processes: they read the emails, draft the quotes, update the system. You stay in control, they execute.

The filter
What we do with AI.
And what we don't.
It is useful when it solves a measurable problem. It is useless when it is a chatbot bolted onto a website because everyone else has one.
What we build
Working AI agents
Software that completes whole tasks on its own: it qualifies a request, pulls the data from your system, drafts the reply and puts it in front of a human for approval.
Process automation
Flows connecting email, CRM, ERP and online store, removing the manual steps. Built on n8n and custom APIs, owned by you.
AI inside the software you already run
We add analysis, classification or generation to your existing system, without rebuilding it.
What we don't do
The website chatbot for show
If it does not draw on your data and does not resolve a real request, it adds friction instead of removing it.
Demos that stay demos
If after the analysis the answer is "AI does not help here", we say it — even when it means not selling you anything.
Use cases
Where it removes
real hours.
Four situations that repeat almost identically across small and mid-sized companies.
Quotes
The agent reads the incoming request, extracts the details, checks price lists and availability, drafts the quote. Sales approves in one click instead of writing from scratch.
First-line support
Order status, documentation, instructions: answered immediately from your real data. Complex requests reach a human already classified, with the history attached.
Data entry and reconciliation
Invoices, delivery notes and orders that someone retypes by hand get read, extracted and loaded, with human review on the exceptions.
Monitoring and reporting
Periodic reports generated from sales, stock or production data, written in plain language and sent to whoever decides.

The method
How we work.
You judge the prototype on results against your own data, not on slides.
Process analysis
We spend time with the people doing the work today, not only with whoever commissions it. We identify where AI produces measurable return and where it does not.
Working prototype
An agent running against your real data, in a controlled environment, before anything goes to production.
Going live
Integration with your systems, a log of every operation, human supervision where it matters. You own the code.
Maintenance and evolution
Models change, so do processes. We monitor performance and keep the agent current.
The difference
Why us.
We are developers, not tool resellers: the agent integrates with your system because we write the code that connects them.
Laravel, custom APIs, n8n
Standard, widely used technology — not a proprietary platform you cannot leave.
Your data under control
We agree together what the AI can see, where the data travels and what stays in-house. GDPR compliance by design.
You own the code
Everything we build is yours. No hostage subscription.

FAQ
Before you ask.
It depends how complex the process is and how many systems it has to touch. There is a clear difference between automating one isolated step and putting an agent inside your ERP: the first is a short piece of work, the second is a project. After the initial analysis you get a fixed-scope quote, not an estimate that grows as it goes.
No. We use models in modes that do not train on your data and, where it matters, self-hosted solutions. The data architecture is agreed in writing before we start.
No. We integrate with older systems too, through exports, the database or RPA. If the system itself is the real problem, we will say so — and we can deal with that as well.
You see the first prototype running on your data well before the end of the project: that is the point where you decide whether to continue. From there, what stretches the timeline is almost always the integrations. Dates go into the quote and they are binding.
Yes, as a tool with human review. That is different from having AI generate a whole product: that case is a niche of its own and we fix it.

Is there a process eating hours every week?
Tell us about it in a 30-minute call. We will tell you whether AI is the right answer — and if it is not, we will tell you that too.
